Priscilla Cossentino

REALTOR

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and spending over 25 years in America working in different capacities has proven to me that anything is possible. I find myself halfway around the world from the home I once knew, in a place I now love. Oceans swapped for mountains, sandy beaches swapped for vast plains. While living in Washington DC and working at the Australian Embassy, I decided to make the transition into real estate and became licensed in Washington DC and Maryland. This is where I found my love for the industry. I trained and worked alongside some of the best REALTORS in the country.

We moved to El Paso in the early 2000’s where my husband needed my help to manage his busy medical practice. I have now come full circle and I am back doing what I love, working as a licensed Realtor, in the city I now love. I am living my dream of helping and guiding others through one of the biggest financial transactions they will ever make. Real Estate has been a part of my journey for nearly 20 years. It brings me great pleasure to serve my community, to make a difference, and to represent my clients whether in the capacity of selling or buying a home. I hope we meet you someday, and I hope I get the opportunity to represent you!

Priscilla is a class act!

Priscilla is a class act! She represented us for about three years on both sides of the buying and selling process. She exceeds expectations beyond comparison. We have a lot of real-estate experience in multiple states and markets, we have never worked with someone as hardworking, adaptive, and professional as Priscilla.

As a military family, finding a reliable realtor is hard. We have been buying and selling homes for ten years and haven’t worked with anyone as experienced, adaptive, and professional as Priscilla Cossentino. While I was deployed she devoted extra energy to provide my wife with an easy and comfortable selling experience while ensuring she was connected with a great support network. When we sold our last home in the El Paso area, she really showed her marketing prowess by accurately identifying the state of the market to determine the best selling price (astonishingly accurate!). She leveraged tools like broker lunches, open houses, professional staging, and social media marketing to get the home sold. Not only did it sell, but it sold quickly- and at listing price. Over the years Priscilla has become more than a realtor, she became a friend (our kids absolutely loved her!). She has truly become part of the family over the years. We even used her as a consultant during a purchase of a home out of state after a military move while we worked through some real estate mechanics that we didn’t have experience dealing with. She is a valuable realtor, and wonderful friend, and a genuine person who treats each home buyer as a unique set of needs, and she does everything she can to meet those needs.
