As a military family, finding a reliable realtor is hard. We have been buying and selling homes for ten years and haven’t worked with anyone as experienced, adaptive, and professional as Priscilla Cossentino. While I was deployed she devoted extra energy to provide my wife with an easy and comfortable selling experience while ensuring she was connected with a great support network. When we sold our last home in the El Paso area, she really showed her marketing prowess by accurately identifying the state of the market to determine the best selling price (astonishingly accurate!). She leveraged tools like broker lunches, open houses, professional staging, and social media marketing to get the home sold. Not only did it sell, but it sold quickly- and at listing price. Over the years Priscilla has become more than a realtor, she became a friend (our kids absolutely loved her!). She has truly become part of the family over the years. We even used her as a consultant during a purchase of a home out of state after a military move while we worked through some real estate mechanics that we didn’t have experience dealing with. She is a valuable realtor, and wonderful friend, and a genuine person who treats each home buyer as a unique set of needs, and she does everything she can to meet those needs.

Priscilla did a wonderful job selling our house. She helped with every aspect of the transaction and guided us through the entire process. I would highly recommend Priscilla if you are looking for a professional to sell or purchase your home.
